I am a passionate Christian Counselor who is also a Licensed Professional Counselor-Intern, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Certified Anger Resolution Therapist, EMDR trained, and a Board Certified Telemental Health Counselor. My goal is to elevate my clients to reach their full potential! My areas of specialization include:

  • Trauma & Self-Harm

  • Anxiety & Depression

  • First Responder Counseling

  • Child & Adolescent Issues

  • Grief & Loss

  • Family Counseling

  • Divorce & Blended Families

I can help assist you if you are battling with; ADHD, anxiety, anger management issues, conflict resolution needs, depression, impulse control, grief and loss, goal setting, self-esteem issues, self-harm, stress management, and/or trauma.

I have obtained an array of experience from working within private practice, the school counseling setting, a behavior modification setting, a local adolescent youth shelter, and a drug & eating disorder treatment facility. I am a wife of a first responder and I have practical experience as a mother of two children, ages 16 and 9. Both of my children provide me the opportunity to practice what I preach, as both a counselor and a mother. I value family, faith, and fun, as we celebrate our daily gratitude for life and Christ.

In addition to my combined experience, I am an eclectic counselor who uses a variety of counseling theories and techniques to meet your individual needs. My clients and I review practical coping strategies, grounding techniques, mindfulness, and self-regulation to utilize both inside and outside of the counseling office.

When I am not working I enjoy being outdoors, working out, traveling, dancing, laughing, or spending time with my family, friends, and dogs. It is my personal belief that life should be celebrated. I look forward to helping you reach your full potential!
